Rental Rates and Policies (in $US)
With your reservation payment, you agree to
accept our terms and conditions (follow the link below). Be sure to
read and understand them completely before you make your reservation.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice. All rates do not include 11% net local taxes (10%
Transient Occupancy Tax + 1% Tourism Business Industry District
Assessment).

Terms and
Conditions before you can rent!
For the Big Pine Cabin:
- Peak (Summer) season and holidays:
- $300/night double occupancy (two adults only); 3 night minimum
- Off-peak season:
- $200/night double occupancy (two adults only); 2 night minimum
For the Little Pine Cabin:
- Peak (Summer) season and holidays:
- $200/night double occupancy (two adults only); 3 night minimum
- Off-peak season:
- $150/night double occupancy (two adults only); 2 night minimum
For Either Cabin:
- Ask for our Winter Weeknight Discount:
- Discount of $50/night (Big Pine) or $25/night (Little Pine)
- Available Monday-Thursday, November-March
- Holiday periods excluded
- Additional guests:
- $25/night each additional guest
- Maximum of 10 guests total
in the Big Pine cabin
- Maximum of 4 guests total
in the Little Pine cabin
- No charge for minor children accompanied by a parent
- Regarding pets :
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval
- There is a $10/night (+ tax) additional charge for each pet
- There is carpeting throughout the house! You are
responsible for keeping it clean
- Even so, you should expect that your cleaning charges may be
higher because of your pet
- Pets must be leashed when outside
- Please note that even leashed pets are not allowed on any
trails within the National Park
- No pet deserves to be locked inside a car or a strange home
while you go have fun
- Pet-sitting services may be available in Fish Camp -- please
ask
- Standard discounts and specials:
- 7th night free for each full week rented
- Previous guests: refer a friend and receive a
$50/night discount off of your next visit (but remember to ask for it)
- Stays shorter than the minimums may be possible -- it depends
on availability and cleaning schedule
- Planning your visit:
- Plan to check in after 5 pm
- Plan to check out by 10:30 am
- There is no trash pickup! Please plan to pack
out all of your trash
- Cleaning deposit:
- A prepaid deposit of $150/visit is required; this will be used to
pay the caretaker to clean after
your visit -- $120 is common although it depends on how clean you leave it. Your remaining
balance will be refunded after your visit. Please be patient; it
may take as long as a month to receive your refund.
- Methods of payment:
- Personal checks, money orders etc. are acceptable (contact us
for mailing instructions). They must clear before we will credit your
account (may take more than a week to clear)
- NOTE: returned checks will result in the cancellation of your
reservation
- We can accept credit card payments through PayPal only.
Just visit the PayPal
website and use your card to send the funds to
"reservations@yosemiteforestlodge.com." This is the fastest way to send
us
money.
- Reservation and cancellation policies:
- Cleared deposit of first night's rent secures your reservation
- Fully cleared balance is then due 30 days before your arrival
date
- There is no penalty if you cancel the reservation more than 30
days before arrival. You will receive your entire deposit back
- If you must cancel within 30 days of arrival, this forfeits
your deposit
- If you must cancel within 7 days of arrival, this forfeits 3
nights rental or the total rental payment, whichever is less
- Correspondence and confirmations:
- Our preferred method of correspondence is by email. If that is not
convenient for you, we will be happy to correspond by telephone or
First Class mail.
- After we receive your reservation deposit, we will send you a
confirmation listing your arrival and departure dates and expected
number of guests.
- After we have received your full payment, we will send you a
confirmation receipt which includes detailed driving directions and
information on how to obtain a house key.
